Patrice Aguilar
Patrice is a professional nature photographer based in southern France near the Camargue area. His interest in photography started in 1994. After 10 years of using color slides like Velvia 50 and Provia 100, he switched to digital photography. He shoots with Canon equipment (EOS 5D MKIV and EOS 1DX MKII).
He did a lot of exhibitions in France and Europe and has regularly sold photographs to magazines all over the world. His second self-published book, Camargue, Horses of the Delta, was released in 2018 July. He has been organizing and leading workshops in Camargue (white horses) and Provence (villages and lavender fields) for almost 20 years. He has also led trips in other locations including Alaska, Canada, Norway, and Africa.
