Fees for Professional Assignments
Each assignment is different, so each contract will be negotiated based on a day rate plus expense basis. The licensing rights of the images will also be written into a contract before the shoot.
All shoots are photographed digitally with professional-grade equipment in RAW mode. Post-production fees will vary depending on what you require in the final product. The fees are charged on an hourly basis and may include file transfer services, editing, color balancing, and web galleries. These fees will be invoiced before delivery of the files.
Expenses may include but are not limited to travel and transportation (air, ship, rail, taxi fares, air charter, car rental, fuel or mileage, airport parking, overweight luggage, or shipping of equipment), meals and lodging, and location expenses (telephone calls, equipment/prop rental, modeling fees, assisting fees, location costs, and scouting).

Photography Mentor
