Natural Exposures Explorers

While I always enjoy my NE tour experiences, Madagascar was a particularly special trip. Naturally the lemurs were the highlight of the trip for many of us giving us a personal wildlife experience unlike no other. I loved the relaxed pace of this trip and much of the time I felt like I was in paradise.

A special thanks to Tahiana, our guide extraordinaire. He was always ready to share his vast wealth of knowledge about the flora and fauna of Madagascar. I know we kept him on his toes keeping track of all of us (no small feat) and making sure we didn’t miss a single thing.

I am especially thankful to Dan and Tanya who made this trip so enjoyable. There was a lot of flexibility in adding extra activities such as the Kirindy Forest to see the fossa and to the Andranokoditra village to meet Chief Tovolah who gave us a personal tour of the forest to see the Humbertiodentron saboureaui leandri.
