• Master's in Snow Hydrology from Colorado State. Worked for U.S. Forest Service (~4 years) and National Weather Service (30 years) in flood forecasting, water management, snowmelt forecasting. Spent almost 15 years in liaison with the Weather Service working with emergency managers, Federal and State agencies in Water Resources. Finished off my career working in the State Climatologist Office at the University of Wyoming in Laramie.. Goofing off since 2007...
